It is a new address so if you use Apple Maps put in 100 Mowbray Way, Limerick, Maine. If you use Google Maps, use 1 Peninsula Dr., Limerick, ME. From Route 11, turn onto Emery Corner Rd. Take your first left onto Watson Hill Rd and your first left again (at red mailbox) onto Mowbray Way. Drive straight through stone pillars and gate with the address onto the peninsula on the gravel driveway. It opens up and you will see the Bathhouse on your right. Park there at the Guest Parking sign.

- Largemouth bass and Smallmouth bass, Chain pickerel, Yellow perch, Bluegill, and Pumpkinseed sunfish, Brown bullhead and White sucker
Is wood provided for the fire pit?
Bundles of wood are available for $5/bundle or you can gather wood and sticks from around the property.
Do I bring sheets and towels?
Yes, bring sheets and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided.
Are basic spices and condiments provided?
Yes, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, mustard and ketchup, etc. are provided.
How many people share the dock area?
There are 2 tiny houses, a glamping tent and 2 tenting spots on the property. All guests can use the dock area as part of their rental. There are thousands of feet of shoreline that can be used by all guests and a small sandy beach by the tent spots.
Who has use of the bathhouse?
The bathhouse is for the use of the tenters and glamping guests. If you choose to rent the entire property, the bathhouse will be for your use as well.
